Putting on the Kote

1.When the Kote are on the ground, always point the fists to the right.

2.Finally you can put on the Kote, first the left one, then the right one. Take hold of the Kote at the top, as shown in the photo, and not lower at the fists. If the Kote lie on the floor, then hold your fists to the right.

3.Now you are completely armoured.
