We deliver with prepayment. After receiving the money, we will send your order. You can pay us in the following ways:
by credit card, Visa or Mastercard
by Bank transfer
We do not accept checks.
Your orders are shipped with DHL, some products also by letter through the German post. After we have shipped the package, you will receive a delivery confirmation from us via e-mail to the package number sent. So you can track the shipment route on the DHL website.
Within Germany the package requires 1 or 2 working days to travel. In Europe, there are 3 to 5 working days. Worldwide it can vary depending on the destination.
Important: If you do not receive your order after one week, after we have sent your delivery confirmation, please write it urgently! We will track the package and get in touch with the courier.
Shipping via DHL takes place with an environmentally friendly shipment called "GoGreen". This means that, the damage caused by transporting carbon dioxide emissions will be offset by internationally recognized projects. We have been participating in and promoting GoGreen since 2010 with a contribution of 3 cents per package in climate protection projects.
You can exchange the goods within 14 days.
Send back the unused goods postage paid, otherwise you will get the shipping costs back.
Please inform us if you want to exchange the goods to another size or color. As soon as we receive the goods, we will send you the desired product and these shipping costs are at our expense.
A cancellation is not a problem with us. You have the right to return the unused product to us within fourteen days without giving a reason (see terms). Just send an informal email notification or letter to us specifying that you wish to cancel your order. Please send the goods to us with sufficient postage.

After we have received of the unused goods by us, we will cancel the order and refund the outstanding amount.
Important: Please send the package postage paid. For the package sent to us without postage the cost of shipping costs will be charged on the cost of returning the refund.
After the cancellation you get the amount already paid. If paying by bank transfer, the refund will be made to your account (this can take up to three working days to complete). Therefore send us your bank details. Amounts that were paid by credit card will be credited back to your credit card account. The refund may only appear on your next credit card statement. The amounts that have been paid via Paypal will be refunded to your PayPal account.
Associations get 10% discount on bulk orders from us.
Items already discounted as sets or remnants are excluded from the discount. Likewise the bespoke items, repairs and adjustment work on clothing.
We will ship your order immediately after receiving the money.
To set up an association account you need to open an account for the first time and then send an e-mail with the name of the current account. This account therefore allows you to receive the discount when ordering.
We do not discount resellers.
Do you have a physical shop / do you want to visit us personally? A kendo shop in the traditional sense does not exist. We are an online retail. But we have a showroom in Cologne, where we gladly show our articles by appointment. You can try everything on the spot and take our Shinai and Bokken with you.
