1.Spread the Gi out on its back in a T form. Line up the front edges with each other and smooth the Gi out by hand. (Photo on the left)
2.Spread out the right side border flush with the front border, and fold the right arm at the elbow in the opposition direction.
3.Lay the left arm over the right one, and then fold them both inward.
4.Fold the bottom third towards the middle, then the upper third.
5.Now fold the Gi into a rectangular form.
