We have a great vareity of Bokken to be purchased, some of them which are included in the set(100cm Bokken with a 55cm Kodaci). Bokken for Kata is not everything. There are also heavy Suburito for Suburi aviliable in the catalog. Bokken (also called Bokuto) is a copied version of a japanese samurai sword in wood. Therefore, Bokken in japanese has a meaning. Boku means wood, and ken and do means sword. In Kendo, the Bokken is used in Kata (promised movements for practicing). All of our Bokken except for Suburi, are best for using in Kata. All of our Bokken (with an exception of a Sunuri) is delivered with a Tsuba and a Tsubadome.
