Shinai Tomo AA with short handle

Compared to the "Shinai AA Tomo - designed for competition" [click here] the handle of this shinai has a length of the size of the shinai 37.
So, the short handled tome is special for the kendoist with something Especially suitable for shorter arms and tighter hands.
It is similar to the Shinai Tomo with a regular long handle. The center of gravity is more in the center, which makes the shinai very balanced.
Also there is the good quality AA bamboo and the deluxe leather grip.
The shinai is fully assembled and comes with tsuba and Tsubadome. You may need to adjust the tsuba yourself.

Men usually use the shinai size 39. For the young men we offer the other size 38 shinai.

Size 39 (120cm) thin: weight about 510 - 530g (weight without
Tsuba and Tsubadome).
A = grip approx. 24-26 mm, grip measured at the lower end without leather grip.
B = grip approx. 28-30 mm, grip measured at the top with leather grip.
C = Total length of the Tsukagawa approx. 31.2 - 31.4 cm.
